Release notes for MDSF Version 3.2.4b
Version 3.2.4b of the MDSF software was released on 31st August 2004 and is provided as a complete installation of the software. As such, the update is too large for web download.
 Fixed in this version
- All previous patches rolled into a single package that can be applied as an upgrade or as a clean install
- Property (multi-coloured manual) damage data reviewed and updated for full National Property Database compatibility
- User guide updated (post peer review)
- Procedures merged with Technical annexes and updated (version 3 - post peer review)
Support, Advice and Training
Support is now available from the MDSF team. Registered supported users have access to the MDSF online support forums. All registered users can view the frequently asked questions areas.
Please note that users with an Environment-Agency email address are eligible for access to the support forums. If you are a member of the EA and are unable to access the support
forums, please contact our team to have your account upgraded.
Additionally, the MDSF team are now able to offer a variety of training options for the use of the MDSF tools and procedures.
We would also like to encourage users to share their experiences and views through the discussion forums provided.
